We begin with Working with Long Documents, where you’ll learn the ins and outs of creating and maintaining a Table of Contents, adding cross references, footnotes, and endnotes. This section also guides you through inserting citations and creating a comprehensive bibliography, adding an index, and including a Table of Figures and Authorities. Practical exercises will reinforce your skills, such as inserting and updating a Table of Contents and practicing footnotes.
Next, step into the collaborative space with our Reviewing and Collaborating on Documents lesson. You’ll discover how to add comments and track changes, providing real-time feedback and edits on documents. Exercises focus on viewing, accepting, and rejecting changes, fostering an efficient review process. You’ll also explore sharing options to ensure your documents can be accessed and edited by the right colleagues.
In Comparing and Combining Documents, you’ll master the tools to compare multiple versions of a document and merge changes seamlessly. Practical exercises will guide you through document comparison and combination, ensuring you can consolidate feedback from multiple sources effortlessly.
The Forms lesson covers the Developer Tab and using various content controls like date pickers, plain text, drop-down lists, check boxes, and rich text.
